For Verified specialists

Win patient consultations on your terms

A transparent, prepaid-credit marketplace with sealed second-price auctions. No pay-per-click. No shared leads. Only Verified specialists may bid.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

1

Top up lead credits

Buy a credit pack once. Credits live in your account and are only spent when you actually win a lead — never on impressions, clicks, or wasted bids.

2

Silent sealed-bid auction

When a patient request arrives in your area, the system collects max bids from every eligible Verified specialist in range and picks the highest. Nobody sees competitors' bids.

3

You pay just $1 over runner-up

It's a second-price (Vickrey) auction — the winner pays only $1 more than the next-highest bid, never more than their max. You almost always pay less than you bid.

Credit packs

Pay once. Credits never expire. Larger packs include bonus credits.

Service radius

Set a primary radius around your practice. Every incoming lead within range enters your auction at your standard max bid.

Boost zone for far-away leads

Want patients from neighboring cities or destination consultations? Add a larger boost radius with its own max bid — usually higher to reflect travel distance.

Only Verified specialists may bid

The marketplace is restricted to Verified and Verified+ trichologists. Verified+ records receive a small effective-bid boost at equal max bids — a thank-you for maintaining the registry's highest standard.

What happens if I'm the only bidder?

You pay the marketplace minimum bid (currently $5). No competition, no markup.

What if I run out of credits?

Your bids are skipped until you top up. Your settings stay saved — refill any time and you're back in the auction.

Can I get a refund on a bad lead?

Yes. If a lead turns out to be spam, duplicate, or out of scope, our team can refund the credit directly to your balance.

Are competitor bids ever revealed?

Never. Bids are sealed — even the winner only sees the price they paid, not who they outbid or by how much.
